This tutorial is basically for beginners of PSG FLV Image Capture, step by step instructions on how to capture screen from an Apple MPEG-4 trailer.
1. Launch PSG FLV Image Capture.
2. Open a MPEG-4 video file from disk.
3. Click Play button to start video playback.
4. Seek to the desired frame or screen, and then click Capture button.
5. Click OK button to save the frame into built-in image library.
6. Once you save the frame into image library, you can view it with built-in image browser; crop or resize it with built-in image editing tools; save it as BMP, JPEG, PNG file and PDF document even generate thumbnails and web album for online viewing.
